Hackney & Company is pleased to announce the start of construction of a new climate-controlled self-storage facility at 4713 Market Street in Wilmington, North Carolina. The three-story, 89,250 SF building will offer climate-controlled storage units, ranging from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’.
